My kids struggle with writing because I don’t teach it very well
My daughter loves the freedom of writing stories of places she’s never seen. She’s fantastic. My son struggles with just getting started. I’d love to have this to help him.
my son’s still a little young yet but i truly can’t imagine him wanting to sit down and write something. He’s so active, he’d rather play out something rather than write it down. This would help immensely.
I hear complaints almost everyday about my son’s hatred of writing. I have tried so many writing programs and am in desperate need of someone to help me instill a love of writing in him before it is too late.
My daughter struggles greatly with writing and this would be an awesome resource to help me help her.
One of my sons talks and talks and talks, has a crazy imagination, is so creative and fun, but when it comes to writing, he freezes or has a mental block or something. I want to learn how to help him write! I know he will do an amazing job once he gets passed the block.
2 of my kids love writing because they get to use their imaginations and the other kid struggles with writing because it’s not his thing.
My son struggles with writing because of the actual putting the pencil on the paper and making it move! I don’t know if he doesn’t know what to write or if he hates handwriting.

We used Bravewriter Arrows for the first time this year, and it has been so life-giving for us! As we’ve worked poetry and freewrites into the schedule, my daughter’s writing has become so lyrical and she’s really getting her thoughts out. We would love this so much- this is the major resource we need to get but haven’t yet because of the price tag. Thanks for the opportunity!
I was never a strong writer, so I have struggled to teach it. My kids complain when given writing assignments, but one of my daughters is currently writing 4 “books” on her own.
I loved to write when I was in school. I would like my children to love it to.

We are actually going to try Brave Writer online this fall with my 16 year old. We really struggle with writing and I am so glad you helped us find this program. I am really hoping it helps my boys
My children struggle with writing because of the mechanics.
A couple of my children like to recite stories, but have difficulty getting them on paper. I think their brains think of ideas faster than they can write them down, and this frustrates them when they forget what they were going to write.
My 11yo loves writing reports about things she has researched. She has trouble connecting ideas, and she tends to write as she would speak rather than with proper grammar. I have been looking at the Writer’s Jungle for her and would love to win this giveaway!!
They find writing boring, so they rush through it. Which makes their papers plain, and not very imaginative.

My 7 year old loves to write. He has an amazing imagination. He struggles with spelling the most.
This would hopefully fill a spot in our lessons for our son, who is autistic. He doesn’t like to write at all more because he doesn’t like the actual writing with pen or pencil and paper at all than because he doesn’t have a fantastic imagination! He can talk and talk about so many things, but he just doesn’t like to do the physical part of the writing. I keep trying new things to encourage him to write and someday, hopefully he’ll get to the point that he likes to write down his thoughts and dreams because he has SO many dreams! Maybe this program would help us and maybe it wouldn’t, but I would love to give it a try.
My youngest daughter loves to write about anything but my son will avoid it at any cost. I would love to discover new ways to motivate and inspire them.

Ugh! This is so frustrating for me! My daughter has an amazing imagination and can create fantastic stories, but she won’t write them down! My son’s struggles are more basic with fine motor delays.
My daughter gets generally fatigued with the actual, physical process of writing that she ends up in tears. 🙁

My 14 year old daughter has dysgraphia and is finally starting to write more. She wants to be an author and has tons of stories in her mind. I just feel like we have so much catching up to do.
My daughter loves the process of using her imagination to write creative stories, but struggles with the writing process having to work her way from brainstorming to a final draft. We don’t do this with all writing samples, but she doesn’t like to rewrite it at times.
My girls just flat-out hate writing, so I got them each s journal and we write back and forth to each other in them. I usually give them a prompt, but sometimes we just make up jokes or I’ll write them a letter. We call them “Mommy and Me” journals.

My 13 year old has created a rich fantasy world which I’m encouraging her to write down. My nine year old is just learning to read and feels frustrated with the rule exceptions of the English language.
