We love to color right now. 🙂
We don’t do a lot of art projects with my boys because they are so little still, but I just got a few things from your website! We do art at Co-op and my older son really loves it. He’s an awesome artist!
My kids seem to learn through art and creativity. We do a lot of art and craft projects. My kids would love this! Thanks for the chance to win!
We have done some things in the past either art history study, composer study, or even art class, but not this school year yet. I’ve been looking at pinterest to get ideas for a beginner painting class. This would be great!
I find it very hard to work art projects into our school day. My daughters used to do art (painting and drawing) on their own. One son also does this, but the other two don’t.
Not doing a lot of art at this point. Just concentrating on the requirements. Would love to incorporate more, just not sure how at this point.
I used to do a lot of art projects when my kids were younger. I have had trouble finding projects for them now that they are in middle school.

I intend to do a lot of art, but when we do I can get frustrated. My degree is in art, but I can’t explain it to my kids, since it jsut comes naturally for me. Maybe the videos will help them in a way I can’t!
We would love to try this!
We do SOME art, but not nearly as much as I would like to.
We do art sometimes, but not as often as I’d like. (And certainly not as often as my daughter would like!)
The curriculum we use comes with an art book. My 8 year old really enjoys working on projects.
I don’t really do any specific art projects with my children most of the time. I usually just provide them with materials and let them create.
We have been working with watercolor pencils and crayons for the past few months.
We draw every day and try other mediums as time permits.
We do a lot of tole painting, landscapes and chalk art.
We do random art, but mostly in our homeschool coop.. I have wanted to buy this art curriculum for several years now.
We do art CONSTANTLY! My girls love art of all types.
Oh, yes! My profile picture on my Facebook page is a picture that Seth painted! We dedicate an hour (sometimes longer) each day to “arting” as he calls it, and it has been a great bonding time for us. I love to see the joy he experiences from this, Seth literally glows while he expresses himself!
I am not the most artsy, crafty homeschool mom by any means! I try to do easy seasonal art projects found on Pinterest or blogs. This is one reason I love Classical Conversations…they do a fun art project several times throughout the year!
My children each have a favorite way to do art. One daughter likes to scrapbook and another prefers drawing nature pictures.
my kids love to paint
My youngest loves art projects so we do them often.
We don’t really use an art curriculum right now. My daughter has her sketchbook and art pencils and various materials she uses to create things. She loves to create, loves art, but is handicapped by a mother is not crafty AT ALL 🙂
My kids love art projects, the messier the better!
We do art one day a week but my child would like to do more. She lives art.
Art used to be an important part of our education. We have fallen away this year, and we really need to get back at it. Little brains need it!
We don’t do art often enough. My kids would love to do it more often. I used to designate Fridays as art day. I should go back to that.
We do art haphazardly. Like this week we made “books” in honor of Dr.Seuss’ bday. Would love a curriculum that would help us fit it in more consistently.
Art is everywhere in our house. Thank you for the opportunity. zoohome48 (at) yahoo (dot) com
My older son, who is a graphic designer, teaches my younger daughters…which is a good thing because I am completely unartistic.
Was thinking of planting a sunflower garden this summer, so it would be wonderful to draw them. My kids generally draw while I read aloud each day. Sometimes we also do nature journaling, but I struggle to make art a priority.
My girls love doing all sorts of art. So, we are often doing an art project.
We do art. Probably not as often as my kids would like but we haven’t found a curriculum that we really like yet
We love using art in our schooling here. Both boys are very creative and enjoy it immensely when I get out the crafts and art supplies.
We started out the school year strong doing Art and then life happened.
I do a lot of art with my children. They are all very creative and I like to keep lots of supplies on hand.
My daughter loves art! We have her signed up in an art class, but she’s always asking me to draw or paint with her. I’m not creative or artsy the all! So it’s so hard for me to sit with her and just draw. Having a program or videos to teach both of us would be so awesome! 🙂
we just do mostly arts and crafts as but no formal art curriculum.
We don’t do much art … but we can watch a DVD! So hopefully this will give us the kick in the pants we need!
The girls are always creating something spontaneously with ‘trash’. For example my 9 year old used a cardboard box to make a house and then used a bit of yearn to make a pulley-action garage! We made Noah’s Ark out of popsicle sticks. I take the perspective that life is art even if we don’t have a product. Keeps things interesting. 🙂
We do some art projects. This year our curriculum is focusing on water color so two of my kids are doing that a fair amount.
We don’t really do big art projects, but my oldest loves to draw. We also do some nature study artwork, and a lot of coloring pages right now. This study would be great!
My child enjoys art but dislikes doing the same type thing all the time. This unit study would be perfect for spring!
We do a little art, but not enough. There never seems to be enough time.
