My teenage sons and I have been enjoying our Prehistoric Art class since we started school last week. The interactive videos, the writing prompts that get them to think more deeply about the people and purpose for their art, and the discussions we’ve had about the creative evidence of that time have been really, really good. So now we’re looking forward to the next interactive online art class about Ancient History!
Even though we’re not studying ancient history this year, we’ll enjoy learning about art in chronological order. Â And I LOVE it that this course will include not only the typical ancient art we often are exposed to from Ancient Greece and Rome, but art from other cultures and continents will be included as well!
Cindy does a terrific job presenting, discussing, and teaching about art. YOU will get a lot out of it, and so will your teens! And did I mention that this is an excellent (and fun!) way for your high schoolers to earn art appreciation credit? It is!
Here’s a video where instructor Cindy Ingram explains more about the course:
Cindy has also been kind enough to share an exclusive coupon code for all of my friends here at Enrichment Studies. The code is ENRICHMENT and it will give you a 10% discount on the class or anything in the resource library at Art Curator for Kids! Â Click here to have your discount automatically entered for you.
This sounds likes it’s a lot of fun! Love ancient studies. Thanks for sharing at Funtastic Friday.
Thank you for the opportunity to win! I recently began homeschooling my Jr high boys, and we did the mini prehistoric course. I loved it!!! I just can’t afford any more curriculum right now:( Keeping my fingers crossed to win!
I teach World History to homeschool High Schoolers! My daughter being one of them. I’d LOVE to learn more right along with my daughter if we won this!!!!
Nice resources. I love to teach about art and culture.
